When it comes to the Franklin Township Board of Education, residents want leaders who will keep schools strong while making sure every tax dollar is spent wisely. That’s exactly what Martin Czebotar brings to the table.
Martin is a scientist by training and a problem-solver by profession. With a B.S. in Biochemistry and 28 years as a polymer chemist, he has spent his career focused on efficiency and results.
In addition to his work in science, he has taught Six Sigma Green Belt certification courses at Raritan Valley Community College — helping businesses and professionals learn how to save money, improve processes, and cut waste without sacrificing quality.
Martin also knows the classroom from the inside. As a former substitute teacher in Franklin schools, he’s seen firsthand what students and teachers need to succeed. He understands that resources must be directed toward the classroom — not lost in bureaucracy.
If elected, Martin will use his business and science expertise to bring a new level of accountability and common-sense decision-making to the BOE. He is committed to cutting waste, protecting classrooms, and making sure Franklin families aren’t overburdened by ever-rising taxes.
“Families deserve both excellent schools and affordable taxes,” Martin says. “With transparency, smart planning, and fiscal discipline, we can achieve both.”
This fall, Martin Czebotar is ready to work for Franklin — ensuring that our schools remain a source of pride and that our community can thrive without higher tax burdens.
